Deeper Life Camp
July 31 - August 5, 2022
Dean: Jeremiah Howze & Kingston Arthur
Many high schoolers already have a relationship with Jesus or at least know who He is. This week of camp is designed to help them explore a truly committed relationship with Jesus and ways they can impact those around them with His love. They’ll also get meaningful worship with other high school students, challenging Bible teaching, time for personal study, and all the camp activities and fun HHCC is known for!High School Camp registration will be on Sunday from 3-5 P.M. Camp will end on Friday at 11 A.M.
The pool will be open for campers from 3:30-5:00 on Sunday after they register and get moved into their bunks.
If you do not attend a church on the list, please choose "Other." If you do not have a home church or you are unsure what to choose, select "Other" and note that in the box that will appear.
**If you were invited by a friend who attends one of the churches on the list, please choose the church THEY attend - this will help us greatly with housing assignments**
HOUSING & BUNKMATE REQUEST
We typically house campers with (1) others from their church, and then, (2) generally by grade level.
If you would like to room with someone specific that does NOT fit the above criteria, write their name below. Please list your choices in order of importance to your camper. We cannot guarantee housing assignments, but will do our best to make sure your camper is with at least one friend. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns about housing.
Email MUST be provided for you to receive confirmation of registration. Your email address will also be added to our current database. We only send an average of 5-10 emails per year, and you have the ability to opt-out/unsubscribe from our mailing service at any time. Emails that pertain directly to this registration will NOT be affected if you choose to unsubscribe as they will come directly from our office email and not our mass mailing service. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at [email protected].
In case of emergency, the primary parent/guardian will be contacted first, followed by the secondary parent/guardian listed unless special circumstances are listed above. If you have someone you would like to add as an emergency contact in the rare case that we cannot reach either parent/guardian, please list them here.
NEW FOR 2022: You can now let us know ahead of time the most likely person who will be picking up your camper in order to save time at check-in. Please note that this can be changed at check-in or anytime during the session your camper is attending.
Additionally, High School campers have the option to drive themselves to camp. If you choose to let your camper drive, they will need to turn their keys in to us at check-in for their safe keeping. If camper will be driving to camp, please put "SELF" in the box below.
If your camper would like to play paintball during camp for an additional fee of $25, please select "yes" below. Campers will only play once during the week for two hours. This activity will take place during free time and is completely optional. Mandatory protective gear is provided. You may add paintball to your camper's registration at any time by contacting the office, but we do have a limited number of spots available.
A camp t-shirt and basic canteen ($20) is included with your tuition. You have the option below to apply additional canteen funds for merchandise if you'd like.
There will be 8-9 canteen (snack bar) times during camp which are included in your tuition.
We have merchandise available for purchase during canteen time as well. Items include hoodies ($30), water bottles ($5), hats ($15) specialty tees ($10), and other items that range from $1-5. You can add funds to your camper's canteen account for these items now (below) or at check-in.
The amount you select below will be IN ADDITION to the included canteen (e.g. if you select $5, your child will have the included $20 for canteen plus $5 to spend on merchandise for a total of $25). Unused additions will be automatically donated to missions at the end of the session.
Would you consider giving toward our scholarship fund? This fund helps provide tuition fees for children who otherwise may be unable to afford to come to camp. For more information on our scholarship fund, contact Lori at [email protected]
Every year we let our campers participate in supporting a Christian mission during camp. During the session, we hear from, learn about, and get to know our mission and are encouraged to sacrifice part of our abundance to support those doing God's work. Each year we raise roughly $10,000 to help our mission partner. If you would like to donate ahead of time, that is much appreciated and helps us reach our goal faster! THANK YOU!
