We are very pleased and blessed that you are wanting to serve at camp this summer!  We love that we have adults that are interested in investing in the lives of our campers.

HOWEVER - we do request that you contact the dean for the week(s) of camp that you are planning to attend BEFORE you register to make sure that they know you are planning on attending.  This is for two reasons - 1) it helps us make sure that our housing numbers are correct and 2) it ensures that we have enough help for the session while also keeping our camper to adult ratio reasonable.

There is a variable fee for our adult faculty to attend camp - this fee will cover your background check and child protection training and also includes your camp t-shirt and meals.  

FULL WEEKS - $30
CAMP 45 - $25
ALL OTHERS - $20

Adults attending more than one session will only pay an additional $5/session to help cover meals.

We appreciate all of our adults who take time to come to camp every summer, but we want to be able to continue to provide a safe environment for our campers.  This small fee will help us be able to do that.  

Some of our churches have offered to cover this fee for their sponsors, so please check if your church has a sponsor code before completing your registration.  

CANTEEN WILL NO LONGER BE INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATOIN FEE.  Please be prepared to pay for your canteen at camp.  (Candy/drinks are $1 each; merchandise varies.)

PLEASE NOTE: If this fee is a hinderance to you attending camp as faculty, please contact Lori at either [email protected] OR text 636-466-0292.  We do not want this fee to keep anyone from volunteering at camp.
