ANY PLAYERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE A PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGN A LIABILITY WAVER/PERMISSION FORM.

USER AGREEMENT

High Hill Christian Camp seeks to provide a Christian camping environment that challenges youth & adults to love and serve Christ.

1. Those who rent HHCC for spiritual retreats must believe in the deity of Christ. The Bible teaches that Jesus is Immanuel, which means “God with us”. John’s gospel begins, “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God… The Word became flesh and lived among us.”
Note: We also provide rental facilities for non-spiritual events.

2. All behavior and attitudes should be motivated by love. “Love the Lord your God with all you heart and with all your soul and with all you mind and with all your strength. The second is this: Love you neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:30-31) Those who stay here are called to love God and others in word and deed.

3. Sexual immorality is prohibited by God’s Word, and therefore by HHCC. This includes premarital sex, extramarital sex, homosexuality, pornography, and any other sexual activity outside the bounds of a Biblical marriage. “Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.” (Hebrews 13:4) Those who rent our property will be denied the privilege if any of these activities is condoned.

4. Insurance. The USER AGREES to provide medical insurance for their group. Proof of current insurance coverage should be provided to the camp prior to your event.

5. Cleanup and Damages. The USER AGREES to leave the buildings and grounds in the same good condition in which they found them. Prior to departure, the user will complete the cleanup list provided to them and return all areas to their original condition. Except for normal wear, the USER AGREES to pay for damages to camp property caused by any member of the user group. All or part of the deposit will be retained for cleanup/repair cost incurred by HHCC.

6. Pets and other animals, with the exception of guide animals, are not allowed on the camp grounds.

7. No fireworks of any kind are permitted on the camp grounds.

8. In an attempt to foster a Christian environment, we encourage you to use discretion in your music, radio, and movie selections. The director of HHCC has the final authority on all matters pertaining to music and movies.

10. Decent and modest clothing is required. Footwear is to be worn at all times.

11. Controlled substances. The USER AGREES that no alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or drugs deemed harmful and intended to induce a “high” will brought to or consumed at the camp. HHCC is a non-smoking environment.

12. The USER AGREES that the director of HHCC has the final authority in all matters affecting the building, grounds, and policies. We reserve the right to require any or all members of a group to leave the camp should their behavior be in violation of camp policy. In the event this is necessary, the USER AGREES to comply and pay the total charges for the use of the camp.
