I, the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of the Activity and the minor’s experience and capabilities, and believe the minor to be qualified to participate. I, on behalf of myself, my spouse, and my minor child/ward, hereby forever RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE each of the Releasees from all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, or causes of action caused or alleged to have been caused, in whole or in part, by the negligent acts or omissions of the Releasees, including negligent rescue operations, which are in any way connected with my minor child/ward’s participation in the Activity, and I further agree that if, despite this Agreement, I, my spouse, the minor, or anyone acting on the minor’s behalf makes a claim against any of the Releasees relating to my minor child/ward’s participation in the Activity, I will INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost any Releasee may incur as a result of any such claim, including Releasees’ litigation expenses, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
